How does the one-booking assurance work?
Growth and Sponsored plans can include a one-booking assurance. If you receive no eligible booking during the agreed subscription term, you may claim 50% of the subscription fee. No questions asked means you do not need to explain or justify your decision. We only confirm the subscription and payment details needed to process the refund.
When can I submit a 50% refund claim?
The refund-claim button becomes available during the final 48 hours before your subscription ends. Submitting it creates a request, not an instant payment. Our team will contact you, confirm the refund details and help you complete the process—without asking you to justify the claim or pressuring you to continue.
What does up to 12× more visibility mean?
Sponsored venues can receive up to twelve times the eligible exposure of a Free listing. Actual visibility depends on destination demand, listing quality, available sponsored positions and the written plan. It is not a promise of twelve times more enquiries or bookings.
How do Free-plan enquiry unlocks work?
A Free partner can unlock up to four customer enquiries each calendar month. The allowance resets every month and unused unlocks do not carry forward. Growth and Sponsored plans include unlimited unlocks during an active paid term.
How often is my plan reviewed?
Growth partners receive an account-manager review every six months. Sponsored partners receive one every quarter. Each review covers listing quality, enquiries, visibility and next steps.
